Sharing my journey with you, you will learn how time imposes itself at every stage of Champagne production. You will fully appreciate its significance by tasting four remarkable cuvées, each imbued with the essence of a long time.

A Cuvée with extended aging after disgorgement
A Cuvée from old vines
A Cuvée made from ancient grape varieties
A vintage Cuvée
Amuse-bouches will be served to accompany your tasting.
