Whether on the Île de Ré or in Paris, I open the doors of my home to offer you a unique moment This soothing setting offers ideal tasting conditions. In a conducive environment, you'll be introduced to an original discovery of Champagne with a highly personal multi-sensory approach.
To make this moment fully yours, you can choose the theme of the tasting. Each theme is inspired by my own experience, and will be illustrated during the tasting by Champagnes selected by me for their personality and history.
